Limited Warranty

At Hyper Cool, we stand behind the quality of our products. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Commercial use.
  • Damage caused by accidents, transportation, power fluctuations, or natural disasters.
  • Use of non-genuine Hyper Cool parts or accessories.
  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage.


Warranty Service

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, Hyper Cool may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective component.
  • Replace the defective component.
  • Replace the product with an equivalent product.
  • Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

Any replacement product or component will continue under the remaining balance of the original warranty period and does not start a new warranty term.


Service & Inspection Fees

A diagnostic service visit fee of 300 may apply for on-site inspections outside standard warranty service requirements.

Additional transportation, removal, reinstallation, or shipping costs may apply where necessary.


Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Order number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos if requested.
