  2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and not benefited from in any way.
  3. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to confirm its condition.
  4. The customer will bear shipping costs for the exchange.
  5. For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for the full cost of shipping and delivery to the courier.
  6. In case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect product, the customer will be compensated without extra fees.


Return Policy

Conditions for Return:

  1. Customers have the right to cancel the contract and return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and not benefited from.
  3. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return.
  4. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Not Permitted in the Following Cases:

  • Used items such as CDs, DVDs, or software.
  • Newspapers, magazines, books, and similar publications.
  • If the defect resulted from customer misuse or poor storage.
  • Contracts involving accommodation, transport, or catering.
  • Digital products or online software downloads.

Important Notes:

  • The 7-day period begins from the date of receiving the product.
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all return or exchange requests.
