️ Hyper Cool 2-Year Limited Residential Warranty
At Hyper Cool, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness and recovery solutions. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty for residential use, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What’s Covered?
1. Exterior Tub Structure – 2 YearsCovers leaks due to structural defects such as cracks, blistering, or peeling of the interior surface of the cold plunge tub for up to 2 years from the date of original purchase.
2. Equipment & Control Systems – 2 Years
Covers pumps, heater, and control systems against failure due to material or manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.
3. Plumbing Components – 2 Years
Covers internal plumbing components against leaks caused by manufacturing defects for 2 years from the purchase date.
4. Water Purification System – 2 Years
The built-in Hyper Water Purification system is covered against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years (excluding the ozone filter).
5. Other Components – 2 Years
This includes factory-installed parts such as:
- Frame
- Jets
- Diverter valves
- Lights
- Filter lid and housing
- Mechanical parts
All are warranted against defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty will be voided if:
- Non-Hyper Cool parts or unapproved accessories (e.g., filters, ozone units, spare parts) are used.
- Damage is caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, transportation, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs.
- The cold plunge is used in a commercial setting.
- Any post-manufacture modifications are made.
Note: Spa covers and any accessories added after manufacturing are not covered.
What We’ll Do
If a defect covered under warranty is found, Hyper Cool will either repair or replace the defective component at our discretion. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued. Replacement parts may not be identical but will be functionally equivalent and subject to availability.
These are your exclusive remedies under this warranty.
What You Need to Do
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact the retailer or distributor you purchased from.
- Provide your original receipt and a written description of the issue.
- If purchased directly from Hyper Cool, email us with your order number and purchase date:

Service and Access Requirements
- You are responsible for providing access for service.
- Reasonable travel fees for technician visits may apply.
- If your unit must be removed and reinstalled, you are responsible for removal and reinstallation costs.
- If a replacement unit is provided, it will carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
⚠️ Warranty Disclaimers
This warranty does not cover:
- Use in commercial settings.
- Damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors.
- Any item installed after the manufacturing date.
Only Hyper Cool-approved service providers may perform warranty work using genuine parts. No dealer or agent is authorized to extend or modify this warranty in any way.
Limitation of Liability
Hyper Cool and its representatives shall not be liable for:
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Injuries, losses, or removal costs
- Damages exceeding the original purchase price
Warranty coverage begins from the date of original purchase and is non-extendable.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your country or region. Some areas do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
