Due to the nature of recovery, wellness, and personal-use products, items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, installed, operated, or used, except in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items delivered.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, uninstalled, and not operated.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- The original packaging, accessories, and included components must be intact and complete.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Hyper Cool reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any exchange request to ensure that these conditions have been met.
The customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs. However, Hyper Cool will cover all related costs in the following cases:
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged during shipping.
- A verified manufacturing defect is present.
Return Policy

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

- The product was custom-made, customized, or specially ordered for the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, customers must contact Hyper Cool within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
After reviewing the case, Hyper Cool will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
